Returns & Refunds Policy

Workshops

• No refunds are offered for workshop bookings.

  • If you need to reschedule, you must notify us at least one week before your booked date to receive a voucher for future use. Your voucher will be valid for 6 months and this can be redeemed on any of the workshop options.

Pottery Pieces

• No returns or exchanges on finished pottery pieces, as they are handmade and unique.

• If your piece is damaged due to a studio mistake, we will do our best to offer a suitable solution, such as re-glazing or re-firing when possible.
