Workshop Bookings

• Full payment is required to secure your spot in any workshop.

• We do not offer refunds. However, if you provide at least 7 days’ notice, we can issue a voucher for a future workshop. This will be valid for 6 months and you can use it for any workshop option.

• If you fail to attend a booked session without prior notice, your booking is non-transferable.

Finished Pieces & Collection

• Due to the handmade nature of pottery, slight imperfections and variations are expected and part of the charm.

• Unless your piece is being posted to you, we will notify you when your fired pieces are ready for collection. If uncollected within 2 months, we may no longer be able to store them.

• If a piece breaks during the firing process (a rare but natural risk), we cannot offer refunds or replacements.

Liability

• We are not responsible for any personal belongings damaged during the workshop.

• Participants are expected to follow all safety guidelines while handling tools and materials.
